Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Uotol provides AI-powered Amazon listing generation and related auxiliary services (including but not limited to listing generation, optimization suggestions, A+ content creation, batch processing, competitor analysis, keyword analysis, profit calculation, etc.). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. Enterprise custom services are determined through email negotiation for specific service content and pricing.
2. Account Registration and Management
Using the service requires account registration. You agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it updated
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Safeguard your account password and be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes. You shall not: use the service to generate false, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content; use the service for any activity that violates Amazon's platform policies; use automated means (scrapers, bots, etc.) to access or abuse the service; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the service's algorithms and models; resell or provide the service to third parties without our written authorization; interfere with the normal operation of the service or other users' experience. Violations may result in account suspension or ban.
4. Intellectual Property
Listing content generated through the service (including titles, bullet points, descriptions, search terms, etc.) belongs to you. The Uotol brand name, logo, technical architecture, interface design, algorithms, and models are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use Uotol's trademarks or logos in any way without our written permission.
5. Payment and Refunds
Subscription fees are considered fully earned upon payment. Since our service is based on AI models, each usage incurs irreversible third-party API costs. Therefore, once you have used any service feature (including but not limited to AI generation, translation, competitor analysis, image processing, etc.), the paid subscription fees are non-refundable. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if no paid features have been used. Renewal orders are not eligible for refunds. Reasonable refund requests due to significant service failures on our part will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Free Trial and Usage Limits
Free users are entitled to a limited number of generation credits. Once credits are exhausted, upgrading to a paid plan is required to continue using the service. We reserve the right to adjust the number of free credits. Free tools (such as the FBA profit calculator and keyword analysis) have no usage limits but may be subject to server resource constraints.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The service generates content based on artificial intelligence models. You understand and agree that: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, incompleteness, or inappropriate elements; you are responsible for reviewing and modifying all generated content before publishing; generated content does not constitute legal, business, or professional advice; you bear full responsibility for any losses or disputes arising from the use of generated content; we make no guarantees regarding the compliance of AI-generated content with Amazon's platform policies.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by system maintenance, upgrades, force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, cyberattacks), or other reasons beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uotol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Violations include but are not limited to: service abuse, generating illegal content, malicious attacks on the system, etc. Upon termination: you will lose access to your account and generated content; we will delete your personal information within 30 days (unless otherwise required by law); paid subscription fees are non-refundable (except for terminations caused by our breach). You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@uotol.com. Banned accounts cannot be restored, and the ban decision is final.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with the modifications, you should stop using the service and deactivate your account.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before the competent people's court. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
